The stories of the Durnans, Hanlans, Wards and other old Island families could fill a large book on their own, and I’m thrilled to see some of these previously unpublished family photos. Thank you for sharing them, as they really contribute to our understanding of a unique way of life on the waterfront that is almost forgotten.
